What Chester jobs look like
Chester is older Chesterfield. The houses along Route 10 and around Chester Old Town go back to the fifties and sixties, the lots are bigger than the north end, and there is almost always a shed or a detached garage. That combination gives us estate cleanouts, outbuilding teardowns, and the forty-year garage. Rivers Bend and Meadowville are newer and look more like Midlothian: garages, playsets and furniture.
Estate work is the most common kind of Chester call. A parent’s house, a sale date, and a house that has not been thinned out since the seventies.

Things to know before you text
- Estates. Photos of every room, including attic and outbuildings, get you an accurate one-price quote. Guessing gets you a range.
- Sheds. Tell us what is in it and what it is made of. Metal sheds come down fast. Wood ones take longer.
- South of Chester. If you are closer to Colonial Heights or Hopewell, text the zip. We go further for bigger jobs.
