Around Midlothian
Local homes. Real-life cleanouts.
What Midlothian jobs look like
Midlothian is planned neighborhoods with mature trees and a lot of back decks. The houses were built in waves, from Brandermill in the late seventies through Hallsley and Rountrey in the last ten years, which means the older neighborhoods are now on their second deck, second hot tub and third round of kids’ furniture. Those are our jobs: deck teardowns, hot tub removal, garage cleanouts, and the bedroom set that did not survive the move to college.
Almost every neighborhood here has an association with architectural rules. That is fine with us. The whole reason people in Woodlake call a hauler instead of dragging stuff to the curb is that the curb is not allowed.
Where your stuff goes
Disposal arrangements depend on the materials and facility acceptance. We confirm the plan and any disposal charges in your quote.
Donation may be an option for usable items, subject to the receiving organization accepting them. Discuss the destination when booking. Receipts are available only if the organization issues one.
Dumpster enclosure cleanout, with photos
The photos below show a dumpster enclosure before and after removal of bagged trash and loose debris. The container remains and the surrounding pad is clear.
Hot tubs in Salisbury, decks in Brandermill and two-car garages in Woodlake that have not seen a car in years are the rest of what we get called for here.
Things to know before you text
- Hot tubs. Have an electrician disconnect the power before pickup.
- Attached decks. Send a photo of the ledger where the deck meets the house. It changes how we take it down.
- Rental turnovers. Property managers in the Village and Westchester area: we do turnovers. Send the unit photos and the date and we will price the whole thing.
