How donation pickup works
Call or email with photos of what you want to donate. We discuss pickup, recipient acceptance and the price before booking. Tell us what you want to happen if an item cannot be accepted.
Where things go
Donation may be an option for usable items, subject to the receiving organization accepting them. Discuss the destination when booking. Receipts are available only if the organization issues one.
Acceptance depends on item condition and the receiving organization’s current needs. Confirm the destination before pickup.
Honest about what is donatable
Charities take things they can sell. A solid dresser, yes. A particleboard bookcase with a broken shelf, no. A working microwave, yes. A mattress, never. We will tell you what is likely to be accepted, and whatever is not, we haul.
