How it works

Three steps. Send a photo. Get a price. We haul it.

Donation may be an option for usable items, subject to the receiving organization accepting them. Discuss the destination when booking. Receipts are available only if the organization issues one.

What junk removal covers

Most of what we do fits in a few buckets. Furniture that is being replaced. Appliances that died. A garage, basement or attic that filled up. Debris from a renovation or a yard project. A whole house that has to be empty by a date. Each of those has its own page on this site, but they all book the same way.

If you are not sure whether we take something, text the photo anyway. The answer is almost always yes.

Why Richmond calls us instead of the franchise

We are two people and one trailer, owner-run, based in Richmond. The person who texts you the price is the person who shows up. We do not have a call center, a minimum that starts at a truck-and-a-half, or a fuel surcharge. We have a phone number and a trailer.

Is the price really firm?

Yes. The number we text is the number you pay. No fuel fee, no labor surprise, nothing added on the driveway. If the job turns out smaller than the photo, we charge less.

How fast can you come?

Contact us with your ZIP code, job details and preferred date to check pickup availability.

Do I need to be home?

No. If the pile is outside, in an open garage, or you leave us a way in, we send before and after photos and you pay from your phone with PayPal, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo. Cash works too if you are home.
