How a rental cleanout works

Text us the unit photos, the address, the floor and how we get in. We text back one price. On the day, we load everything the tenant left, sweep, and send you photos of the empty unit. If the dumpster corral is overflowing too, say so and we clear that in the same visit.

Donation may be an option for usable items, subject to the receiving organization accepting them. Discuss the destination when booking. Receipts are available only if the organization issues one.

Real estate investors who just closed on a building and inherited the tenants’ leftovers. All of them want the same thing: the unit empty, fast, without their own crew touching it.

Can you work from a lockbox or a leasing office?

Yes. Most of our turnover jobs are booked by a property manager who is not on site. Give us the access instructions and we send photos when it is done.

Do you handle stairs and elevators?

Yes. Tell us the floor and whether there is an elevator we can reserve. Third-floor walk-ups in the Fan and elevator buildings in Scott's Addition are both normal.

Do you take the trash out of the dumpster corral too?
