How an office cleanout works

Send photos of the space, the floor number, and the building’s rules for moving out. We discuss the price and any required insurance documentation before booking. On the night, we break down cubicles, load furniture and electronics on the freight elevator, and sweep. You get photos of the empty suite.

Good office furniture goes to donation. Metal filing cabinets and cubicle frames go to a recycler. Electronics go to the e-waste drop-off at the county facility.

Office parks around Richmond

Innsbrook, West Broad, Boulders, downtown along Main Street, and the medical offices along Forest Avenue all turn over suites regularly. The building wants it empty by the lease end and the movers only took what was going to the new place. We take what is left.

Files and data
